To guarantee you reservation, a $250 deposit
for the villa is required within seven (7) days after date of booking.
A confirmation letter will be mailed upon receipt of your deposit. The
balance will be due three weeks before your arrival date. All dollar amounts are US currency.

Check-in time no sooner than 4:00 p.m. Check-out time no later than
10:00 a.m. to allow for cleanup for next guests.
Directions, resort pass and lockbox code will mailed to you prior
to your arrival date.
Upon departure, make sure doors are locked and keys placed back
in the lockbox.
In the Summer, please do not plan to check in early.
Cancellation of your reservation less than sixty (60) days
prior to your arrival date may result in the loss of your rental
payment.
We will attempt to re-rent the property. If successful, your payment
less $50.00 handling fee will be returned.
